Your rental enquiry

The enquiry tool prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. It does not submit the form to a WordPress enquiry database. When you choose “Open WhatsApp”, the details you entered are passed to WhatsApp; you can review the message before sending it. WhatsApp processes data under its own privacy policy. You may also contact us by telephone or email.

How your information is used

Information you send us, such as your name, contact details, dates and accommodation, is used to answer your request and arrange your rental. Please do not send passport scans, payment card details or other sensitive documents through the website enquiry tool. Ask the team about the identification process at handover.

Website storage and hosting

Your selected language is saved in your browser’s local storage. The site uses locally hosted fonts and images. Hosting and security systems may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect the website. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administrators. Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open external services; those services apply their own policies.

Questions and data requests

Contact the email address above to ask about the information associated with your enquiry, its retention, correction or deletion. Any applicable contractual or legal retention obligations will be considered when handling your request.
